Carol is a Human Resources Executive with over 15 years of experience in both recruiting and human resources. She provides sound consultation around employee engagement, retention strategies, and guidance on key staffing challenges. Prior to joining AdvisorBridge, Carol held several corporate HR and recruiting leadership roles in the banking and financial services industries.
Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of North Florida in Jacksonville, where she studied communications and marketing. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds her Strategic HR business partner certification (sHRBP). Carol is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management on both a local and national level. Carol also possesses the Certified Workplace Wellness Specialist (CWWS) designation, as well as being a certified Health Coach.
Carol enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, skiing, and reading. She is married and has two children.
